Arts at Purdue highlighted in publication

A semester's worth of arts and entertainment information will be distributed this week in campus mail in the Fall 2012 issue of Arts at Purdue, produced for the first time in cooperation with the Lafayette Journal & Courier.
The issue, carrying the tagline "Enjoy. Explore. Indulge.," also will appear Friday (Aug. 24) as a special section in the Journal & Courier. The arts information -- articles, photos, calendar -- was prepared by eight of the leading arts providers on the West Lafayette campus:
* Bands & Orchestras
* Black Cultural Center
* Convocations
* Dance (Purdue Contemporary Dance Company)
* Galleries (Purdue University Galleries)
* Purdue Musical Organizations
* Rueff Galleries
* Theatre (Purdue Theatre)
The publication, on which Purdue Today assisted, lists more than 50 events and exhibitions during the semester.
