Upcoming One Hour with HR session to focus on communication

Human Resources’ One Hour with HR series continues at 10 a.m. Nov. 19 with “Lost in Translation,” an interactive virtual session designed to help employees communicate more clearly and strengthen connections with others.

Communication challenges can arise not from what was said, but from what was understood. During the session, participants will examine common barriers to effective communication and explore practical strategies for asking better questions, avoiding assumptions, navigating difficult conversations and repairing communication breakdowns.

The session is part of the series’ Engage and Contribute theme, which focuses on how employees show up as individuals and contribute to workplace culture.

Register for the session through SuccessFactors Learning. Once registered, a Microsoft Teams link will be sent in a separate email.

The full schedule of One Hour with HR sessions is available online.
