Leading at Purdue workshop focuses on strengthening team culture

Human Resources’ Leading at Purdue series continues in November with its next virtual workshop focused on strengthening team culture.

“Building Teams That Thrive” explores practical ways supervisors can build stronger, more connected teams. The session will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18. Registration is now open and available via the Leading at Purdue webpage. Supervisors are encouraged to register early as space may be limited.

How a team works together shapes how well it performs, and supervisors set the tone every day. In this practical, interactive workshop, supervisors will explore how to foster trust, create an environment where everyone feels their voice is heard, strengthen collaboration and team effectiveness, and build a culture of recognition and appreciation. Participants will apply these practices to common situations across on-site, hybrid and remote teams and leave with practical strategies they can use with their team right away.

Visit the Leading at Purdue webpage to review the full workshop series.
