One Hour with HR to focus on coaching in May session

Human Resources’ One Hour with HR learning session in May will explore how a coaching-centered approach can transform day-to-day interactions across campus.

“Conversations That Empower: Building a Coaching Mindset in Higher Education” will teach attendees to use coaching skills to strengthen communication, collaboration and growth across campus. This practical session introduces key International Coaching Federation-aligned principles and simple coaching techniques to support staff development, career growth and improved performance.

The session will be at 11 a.m. on May 19, and you can register online here. Once registered, the Teams link for the session will be sent in a separate email.
