Virtual spring Road to Retirement conference continues today, ends Friday

The spring 2026 Road to Retirement three-day virtual conference continues today with sessions scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event wraps up Friday (March 6), with the last session scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.

Today’s sessions — offered by Fidelity Investments, Securian, TIAA, Social Security Administration, Center for Healthy Living, Vanguard and HSA Bank — provide a mix of live and on-demand options. Topics are designed to support employees at both early and later stages in their careers. For example, the session “Understanding Roth Contributions in Your Workplace Savings Plan” offers valuable insights for newer employees as well as those who have been with the university longer.

Friday’s sessions — presented by Fidelity, HR Benefits, MetLife, Nyhart and the Center for Healthy Living — also include both live and on-demand options. These sessions cover a wide range of topics relevant to employees from early through late career stages. Employees can choose from sessions focused on saving for the future, effective money management, health care options for retirees under age 65, strategies to maximize Social Security benefits in retirement and much more.

The full conference schedule is available online here; all employees are encouraged to attend any sessions that align with their interests and needs.

Registration is required for live presentations and can be completed a few moments prior to the session’s start time. Follow the links in the conference schedule to register. Note: HSA Bank registration links for “HSAs, From Safety Net to Nest Egg” and “HSA Bank Investment Program Overview” will take individuals directly to the live session at the session’s scheduled time.

This biannual conference supports the financial wellness pillar of the Your Path Wellness Program. For more information, contact Human Resources at 765-494-2222 or via email at hr@purdue.edu.
