One Hour with HR to focus on wellness in February

In February, Human Resources’ One Hour with HR learning session will cover wellness.

“Your Path to Wellness” will introduce updates to Purdue’s wellness program, including its new name and the reason behind the change. Participants will learn about wellness incentive opportunities that support their overall health and well-being, including the new learning module. The session also will highlight key features of the wellness program and explain how Purdue’s comprehensive benefits align with the program’s five pillars: behavioral health, financial wellness, physical health, social wellness and work-life integration.

The session will be at 11 a.m. Feb. 17. Online registration is available. Once registered, the Teams link for the session will be sent in a separate email.

Additional upcoming sessions include:

  • March 24: “Navigating Career Paths at Purdue: From Role to Growth”
  • April 28: “AI at Work: Making Everyday Tasks Smarter”
  • May 19: “Conversations That Empower: Building a Coaching Mindset in Higher Education”
  • June 23: “Moving Forward”
