Nominations open for MaPSAC Excellence Award

The Management and Professional Staff Advisory Committee is accepting applications for the MaPSAC Excellence Award through March 27.

The annual award honors a full-time management, professional or grandfathered operational/technical staff member with at least two consecutive years of service at Purdue’s West Lafayette or Indianapolis locations who has demonstrated excellence by:

  • Showing initiative
  • Leading by example
  • Providing exemplary customer service
  • Acting as a university ambassador
  • Being a high performer

The winner of the award will receive a plaque and $1,500 subject to tax withholdings. Any member of the university community can submit a nomination, but current MaPSAC members cannot be nominated.

The nomination form and a list of previous winners can be found on the MaPSAC Excellence Award webpage. Nominations must include a statement outlining how the nominee meets the award criteria, along with two letters of recommendation from any faculty and staff member or student.

Questions about the MaPSAC Excellence Award can be directed to mapsac-cb@purdue.edu.
