Center for Healthy Living focuses on optimizing health in January webinar

The January 2026 featured webinar offered by the Center for Healthy Living (CHL) is titled “Optimizing Your Health” and will be held from noon to 1 p.m. ET Jan. 21.

“A balanced life looks different for everyone,” said Amy Becker, health coach at the Purdue Northwest CHL, who is presenting the workshop. “We all have aspects of our life we want to focus on and give more attention to. So how do we achieve this balance? In the workshop, we’ll discuss elements of a balanced life and skills to prioritize and make choices focused on health and well-being.”

Register by Jan. 20. The registration link can be found under the “Activities” section on the homepage of the new Your Path Wellness Portal.
