Virtual fall Road to Retirement conference continues today, ends tomorrow

Graphic for Purdue retirement planning sessions on Sept. 24, 25 and 26, open to all benefits-eligible employees.

The fall 2025 Road to Retirement three-day virtual conference continues today (Sept. 25) with sessions scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event wraps up tomorrow (Sept. 26) with the last session scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.

Today’s sessions — offered by Fidelity Investments, Social Security Administration, TIAA, the Center for Healthy Living and HSA Bank — offer a mix of both live and on-demand options as well as topics for both early and late career employees. For example, the “HSAs, From Safety Net to Nest Egg” session is a good starting point for newer employees and a nice refresher for employees who have been with the university longer.

Tomorrow’s sessions (presented by Fidelity, Purdue HR Benefits, INPRS, the Center for Healthy Living and Securian) also include both live and on-demand options and feature topics for employees from early to late career. Choose from sessions on the fundamentals of retirement, how to start investing, how to protect your family’s financial future during retirement and many more.

The full conference schedule is available online here; all employees are encouraged to attend any sessions of interest to them. Registration is required for live presentations and can be completed a few moments prior to the session’s start time. Follow the links in the conference schedule to register.
