Benefits-eligible employees encouraged to take part in upcoming virtual Road to Retirement event

Human Resources – Benefits reminds all benefits-eligible employees that they are invited to take part in the upcoming Road to Retirement fall conference. The three-day, virtual event, which takes place Wednesday through Friday, Sept. 24-26, is packed with information designed to help individuals plan for retirement, regardless of where they are on their retirement path. This special event is designed for all Purdue, Purdue Global, Purdue for Life and Purdue Research Foundation employees approaching retirement as well as those wanting to learn more to begin planning. It’s never too early to take steps to prepare for retirement!

The schedule includes presentations and on-demand resources offered by representatives from a variety of financial wellness and retirement planning perspectives, including:

  • Center for Healthy Living
  • Fidelity
  • Henriott Group
  • HSA Bank
  • INPRS – PERF
  • Purdue University
  • Securian
  • Social Security Administration
  • TIAA
  • Vanguard

Covering financial wellness and retirement topics from retirement program basics, investing and saving to the reality of health care costs, social security and more, this event aims to provide attendees with the information they need as they navigate a path toward retirement.

Employees participating in PERF retirement are invited to attend the PERF presentations in-person on the West Lafayette campus or virtually.
