AllOne Health offers four-part webinar series on stress management; first session March 31

AllOne Health, the new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Purdue’s West Lafayette location, is offering a four-part Stress Management Webinar Series. Session 1, titled “Managing the Stress of Change,” takes place from 2-3 p.m. ET March 31. The series supports the behavioral health pillar of the Healthy Boiler Wellness Program.

The presentation will provide several techniques designed to help individuals more effectively cope with, and adjust to, the changes in their lives. In addition, it will cover strategies for increasing participants’ overall resilience.

The additional sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Session 2 — “Managing the Stress of Relationships”
    June 30, 2-3 p.m. ET | Register here.

    This session will discuss the stress caused by the relationship challenges in individuals’ lives and suggest several strategies for improving the quality of those relationships to reduce both stress and conflict.

  • Session 3 — “Finding Balance in a Fast-Paced World”
    Sept. 22, 2-3 p.m. | Register here.

    This timely presentation is designed to help individuals gain valuable insight into the emotional and physical problems that can occur when lives get out of balance. The session also covers several practical strategies that employees can utilize to restore balance and live happier, healthier and more productive lives.

  • Session 4 — “Managing the Stress of Time and Competing Priorities
    Dec. 15, 2-3 p.m. | Register here.

    This session is designed to help individuals recognize how personal organization and use of time contribute to stress levels. In addition, the presentation will offer a practical approach to prioritizing efforts and maintaining focus on the most important activities in their lives to reduce stress and increase their effectiveness.
