Nominations sought for Community Spirit Award

The Management and Professional Staff Advisory Committee (MaPSAC) and the Campus Support Staff Advisory Committee (CSSAC) have extended the deadline for 2024 Community Spirit Award nominations.

Created in 2011, the Community Spirit Award is given annually to a staff member who sets a high standard for service, encourages a sustained commitment to civic participation and inspires others to make service a central part of their lives. The award is a joint effort between MaPSAC and CSSAC and aims to recognize individuals who volunteer their time to improve the community and the lives of those in it.

Nominations are being accepted through Dec. 1. The nomination form can be found online.
