Employee feedback on post-open enrollment survey requested; respond by Dec. 13

For the ninth year in a row, Human Resources-Benefits is seeking employee input and feedback about the recent benefits open enrollment as well as overall health and wellness offerings at the university. Employees (excluding graduate staff) at West Lafayette/Indianapolis, Northwest (Hammond and Westville), Fort Wayne and Purdue Global who are benefits eligible and have not yet taken the brief, two-part survey following completion of their 2025 benefits open enrollment are encouraged to participate now.

  • Purdue Global employees can access their survey here.

Responses are requested by Dec. 13.

Each year, the benefits department, stakeholder groups and LHD Benefits Advisors analyze employee perspectives via the post-open enrollment survey results and then use that data and information as part of the building blocks for future benefits packages and wellness offerings.

“These annual surveys play a vital role in how we plan, communicate and execute enhancements and changes to our wellness programming, services and more,” said Candace Shaffer, associate vice president of benefits and payroll in Human Resources. “Past survey data reflects that our overall wellness planning continues to address and meet the needs of our diverse Purdue population and we want to make sure that continues. Participating in this survey is the best way for our benefits-eligible faculty and staff to share their opinions, experiences and suggestions that will help move us forward. We hope to see a high level of engagement from the Purdue community again this year.”

Purdue remains dedicated to ensuring convenient access to health care and wellness opportunities. The survey results provide essential information to help do so.
