Nominations sought for CSSAC Excellence Awards

The State and Grant Street Gateway at Purdue University.

The Campus Support Staff Advisory Committee is accepting nominations for the CSSAC Excellence Awards, which recognize support and service staff on the West Lafayette campus through sponsorship from the offices of the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and the Provost.

The annual award was created to recognize a benefits-eligible support staff member and service staff member who demonstrate excellence in job performance, conduct and leadership, and customer service. It consists of a plaque and a $1,500 honorarium that is subject to tax withholdings.

Employees must have completed at least three years of continuous service to the university before being nominated. Op-tech staff are not eligible for this award.

Nominations must be submitted by 5 p.m. March 29 and can be submitted here. Any member of the Purdue community outside of the selection committee can submit nominations for the award. Only non-CSSAC members can be nominated.

More information about award eligibility and the selection process can be found on the CSSAC Excellence Awards webpage.

Questions about the award or nomination process can be directed to the CSSAC professional development subcommittee at cssacpd@purdue.edu.
