Subject: Purdue Print and Digital Services delivered by Xerox Center Forums

As you are aware, Xerox established management of Purdue’s printing services operations on February 3. We are ready now to enter the next phase of implementation, which focuses on enhancing and facilitating the user experience.

Xerox will hold several informational Center Forums over the next few weeks. I encourage all of you to attend one of these meetings to learn about key program benefits, program updates, new and enhanced services, the new job submission process, and contact information, and to ask questions that are relevant to your experience with print and digital services.

The meetings will be in Stewart Center, Room 322, at the following dates and times:

  • May 19, 9-10 a.m.
  • May 21, 11 a.m.-noon
  • May 23, 1-2 p.m.
  • May 27, 1-2 p.m.
  • May 29, 11 a.m.-noon

In addition, an open house is planned for June 24 at Printing Services, 698 Ahlers Drive.

I ask for your support during this exciting and very busy time in our University’s history and invite you to contact me (Rob Wynkoop) at 494-6221 or email at Wynkoop@purdue.edu should you have questions.

For further information, please contact either printing services location (Main Office: 494-2006; BoilerCopyMaker: 496-3888) to request a printing service or speak with a client services representative or go to http://www.purdue.edu/printingservices/.
