CSSAC opens grant applications for employees, dependents

The Campus Support Staff Advisory Committee is now accepting applications for its spring professional development grants, which help employees and dependents complete Purdue courses.

To be considered for an employee grant application, an applicant must be a full-time campus support staff member at Purdue’s West Lafayette location with at least one year of continuous service to the university and registered for a minimum of three credit hours.

Those applying for a dependent grant must be a full-time undergraduate student with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Their parent or legal guardian must have been employed as a full-time campus support staff member for at least one continuous year prior to applying. Dependents of retirees are also eligible.

Online application forms and additional resources are available on CSSAC’s professional development grants webpage. CSSAC will award employee grants up to $750 and dependent grants up to $1,000.

Applications should be submitted by 5 p.m. April 15.

Questions about the grants can be directed to cssacpd@purdue.edu or any member of CSSAC’s professional development subcommittee.
