Who:  Gov. Eric Holcomb; U.S. Sen. Todd Young, R-Ind.; U.S. Sen. Mike Braun, R-Ind.; Purdue President Mung Chiang; and other city leaders and dignitaries

When: Thursday, June 27, 3:30 p.m. (media availability), 4 p.m. (ceremony)

Where: Monument Circle, downtown Indianapolis (enter from the south on Meridian Street)
