Purdue professor receives $1M grant for pursuit of African swine fever rapid test

Mohit Verma, assistant professor of agricultural and biological engineering at Purdue, has received a $1 million grant from the National Animal Health Laboratory Network and the National Animal Disease Preparedness and Response Program to develop a rapid test for quick detection of African swine fever.
