Meyers and Guan Receive USDA/ISDA Grant

Stephen Meyers and Wenjing Guan received $123,700 for a USDA- Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) Specialty Crop Block Grant via the Indiana State Department of Agriculture for a project entitled Developing a Novel Multi-Year Production System for Strawberries Grown on Plastic Mulch in Indiana. With the project, the team at Purdue will investigate strawberry runner and weed management through cultural and chemical suppression and control methods.
