A la carte sponsorship opportunities  

1. Hospitality lounge (Sold Out): A dedicated networking space where coffee, beverages, and light refreshments are served throughout the summit. The room will be named after the sponsoring company, with signage at the entrance and the company’s name/logo featured on event programs, schedules, the website, and social media.
2. Branded Recharge Lounge / Wellness Zone (1 Available): Sponsor our exclusive Recharge Lounge / Wellness Zone, a dedicated space for attendee well-being. This unique lounge offers comfortable seating, charging stations, healthy refreshments, and opportunities for guided meditation or quick stretch sessions, associating your brand with comfort and care throughout the summit.
3. Lanyards (1 Available): Put your brand front and center—literally. Sponsor the official summit lanyards worn by every attendee, speaker, and staff member. This high-visibility opportunity ensures your logo is seen throughout the event, reinforcing brand recognition and presence.
4. Registration welcome bags (1 Available): Welcome attendees with a branded gift bag filled with curated items. Your logo will be featured on the bag itself, and you’ll have the opportunity to include promotional materials or branded merchandise inside. It’s a warm first impression that lasts beyond the summit.
5. Opening Program (3 Available): Sponsor the Opening Program and Keynote. Your company will be prominently featured through pre-recorded videos or live remarks during the summit’s opening program, preceding keynote sessions.
6. Experiential Workshops (2-3 Available): Sponsor an interactive masterclass session focused on cutting-edge topics within one of the four majors. You may contribute content, speakers, or facilitation, positioning your company as a domain expert. Examples include mocktail mixology, specialty coffee brewing, or immersive tech demos.
7. Wellbeing Challenges Prizes (Various): Sponsor prizes for our mobile app-based Wellbeing Challenges, powered by HekaHealth, which gamify healthy habits and drive engagement. Prize sponsors benefit from brand visibility, social media buzz, and direct interaction with participants. Ideal prize donations include hotel stays, restaurant or retail gift cards, branded merchandise, event tickets, or product trials.
