Ideal Logic Announcement

The University has acquired a centralized system for collecting participant registration data for youth programs. If your youth program is overnight or it is University-Sponsored and custodial, you may need to utilize the BoilerBase system.

The system is capable of supporting complex application processes, scholarship awards, automatic notifications, session assignment, and much more. Contact youthprotection@purdue.edu to find out how to leverage this tool for your youth program.  There is no cost to use the BoilerBase system.

As a reminder, Program Registration is due to the University 30 days before the participant application, registration, or sign up window opens even if your Youth Program does not use BoilerBase.

If it is after 5:00 p.m. on a weekday, on a weekend, holiday, or during University recess, please email youthprotection@purdue.edu with any non-emergent questions and/or concerns.

In the case of an emergency or you are trying to report a situation involving observed or
