On June 14-16, three members of our STEM Faculty Community of Practice (CoP) in Equity and Privilege — Fatma Mili (our CoP facilitator), Guity Ravai, and Willy Burgess Daniels — attended and presented at the annual Women in Engineering ProActive Network (WEPAN) Forum in Broomfield, CO. Their talk centered on the formation and development of the Equity CoP, influences from outside speakers and books, the self-reflection that members are doing regarding equity and teaching, and strategies for the near future. The slideshow is found here (PowerPoint).
