 Purdue Memorial Union

  • The Union Club Hotel has exclusive catering rights for Union Club Hotel event spaces inside the Purdue Memorial Union, including:
    • North & South Ballrooms (first floor)
    • Anniversary Drawing Room (second floor)
    • East & West Faculty Lounges (second floor)
    • Second floor meeting rooms, excluding room 288

  • Purdue Food Company has exclusive catering rights to event spaces on the ground floor in the Purdue Memorial Union.

  • Purdue Memorial Union events partners exclusively with Purdue Food Company and the Union Club Hotel for catering events in Purdue Memeorial Union event spaces, including:
    • Union Rack and Roll (basement)
    • First floor event spaces, excluding the ballrooms
    • Meeting room 288 (second floor) 

Other Campus Venues

  • External catering vendors, available at other venues on campus, must be on the approved caterer list maintained by Purdue Dining & Culinary.
