Brick by Brick: Bringing AI to the Classroom

By registering for, participating in, and/or accepting any educational materials provided through this program (the “Materials”), you hereby represent, warrant, and certify as follows: 

1. Policy Awareness and Compliance. You have reviewed, are familiar with, and agree to comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations of your employing school corporation or other governing entity relating to the receipt of gifts, incentives, or items of value, including any applicable ethics or conflict of interest policies. 

2. Authorization and Disclosure. Your acceptance of the Materials is permitted under such policies, and you have obtained any required prior approvals and/or made all necessary disclosures in accordance with the requirements of your employing school corporation or governing entity. 

3. No Improper Influence. You acknowledge and agree that acceptance of the Materials is not conditioned upon, and will not influence, any decision related to the evaluation, recommendation, selection, or procurement of products or services by your school corporation or governing entity. To the extent you have any role, directly or indirectly, in such decisions, you affirm that your acceptance of the Materials will not affect your independent professional judgment. 

4. Assumption of Responsibility. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your acceptance and use of the Materials complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies. Purdue University disclaims any responsibility or liability for your failure to comply with such requirements.
