Access and Inclusion Resources

Purdue University offers numerous resources to Purdue employees, students and visitors who may need additional assistance while attending, visiting and/or working for the University. ADA Coordinator

Purdue’s ADA Coordinator is the Director of the Office of Institutional Equity. The ADA Coordinator coordinates the efforts of the University to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and investigate any complaints regarding the ADA. The ADA Coordinator can be contacted at equity@purdue.edu or at (765) 494-7255.

Accessibility Concerns Notification Form

The Accessibility Concerns Notification Form was developed to provide individuals with a central resource to inform the University of any accessibility concerns. Individuals wishing to inform the office of disability access concerns may do so online or call us at (765) 494-7255.

Access Purdue Publication

Access Purdue is a disability resource guide for faculty, staff, and students. It provides information about requesting accommodations for employment, coursework, web access, physical and program access under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. It also provides contact information for accommodation services and campus accessibility at the West Lafayette and regional campuses.

Focus Awards
