One Community Grant

The One Community Grant provides up to $2500 for student-driven programs which promote inclusion and provide Purdue students with opportunities to engage with those from other cultures and experiences. The promotion of events which provide meaningful international and domestic student interaction and cross-cultural learning is the primary purpose of this grant. As such, a collaboration between an international and domestic student organization is a requirement of this grant.

The One Community Grant is a collaboration between the Division of Diversity and Inclusion and CILMAR. The grant is open to all Purdue student groups or organizations with relevant programs. We will consider all activities that fall under the guidelines of the grant, and there are no specific limitations on the use of the funds as long as relevant Purdue policies are followed. An application submitted through Boiler Link and an in-person interview with the grant committee are required, along with a follow-up report after the program is finished. Any questions regarding the grant should be sent to Annette Watters at annette@purdue.edu or Florence Adibu at fadibu@purdue.edu.
