What do you get through your involvement in the Women in Engineering Program? My involvement on the WE Link Leadership team has allowed me to inspire future women engineers. Through my role, I am able to share my love of Purdue with prospective students. It is very rewarding to introduce prospective students and their families to the Purdue Women in Engineering community. Additionally, WiE has allowed me to create personal and professional connections that will last long past my time at Purdue.

Why did you decide to participate in the Women in Engineering Program? As a prospective woman engineering student, the Women in Engineering Program made me feel welcomed and supported when visiting Purdue. They reassured me that I would have the resources I needed to be successful in my classes and in my transition to college. I decided to participate in the Women in Engineering Program to give back. I love being a Purdue Engineering student, and I want to share that love with future Boilermakers.
