One week after its opening, Purdue’s on-campus clinic has vaccinated more than 15,000 people – virtually all of them students – against COVID-19. They join thousands more who have received vaccinations at one of Indiana’s other vaccination sites in recent months. Protect Purdue leaders say this commitment must continue to ensure the safest possible campus for the remainder of spring semester, as well as fall – when a return to full in-person instruction is planned.

The eighth annual Purdue Day of Giving -- themed "We Are Purdue" -- is just two weeks away. On April 28, the campus community will come together to support the University, its students, and its programs through this 24-hour, social media-driven online fundraiser. Purdue University Archives and Special Collections, in conjunction with Purdue Libraries administration, the Office of the Provost and WBAA public radio, is asking faculty, staff and students to submit their personal stories for inclusion in the newly launched Purdue COVID Stories project. Organizers say no story is too great or too small for addition into the project.

Purdue is offering weekly tips to help alleviate some of the challenges associated with managing remote workloads and participating in web-based (video) business meetings. This week’s tip recommends video meetings be scheduled for 50 or 25 minutes, rather than 60 or 30, to allow some preparation or break time between meetings.
