Welcome to Boiler Gold Rush (BGR), Purdue's orientation program that occurs the week before classes begin. The purpose of this site is to give a general overview of the BGR new student orientation program and to introduce you to the student staff structure.

Welcome to the West Lafayette/Lafayette Community Fair
BGR is proud to partner with the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce to host a fair with businesses and non-profits in our community!

**Note to student organizations: BGR will no longer have an Activity Fair during the week of BGR. We encourage all organizations to participate in the GetInvolved Boilermaker Fair on Saturday, August 17, 2013. This event will be hosted by the Office of the Dean of Students Student Activity and Organization (SAO) Office. To register, simply go to the GetInvolved website or contact Cheryl Brantley in the SAO office.
