Being active is one of the biggest parts of my life. I want to share with people what I have come to love about fitness and help teach them how to incorporate it into their everyday life. While exercising for the short-term results are fun and rewarding, exercising for the long-term results and setting our bodies up for a long future of healthy living is what truly matters. The following is a quote from Socrates which applies to the previous statement: "No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
