Some of my favorite fitness activities are running, swimming, and dancing in a group exercise class.  Outside of fitness, I am usually found working on a knitting project, spending time with my family and our dog, or reading whatever I can get my hands on.

It is never too early or too late to start moving!  Fitness is fun when you move in a way you really enjoy, and that makes it easier to form healthy habits for long term lifestyle changes.
