Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or exercise performance, your Trainer will guide you through a progressive program designed specifically for you.

GET STARTED!

We are currently accepting registration for Fitness Assessments, Jumpstarts, or Body Composition packages. Registration for 1-on-1 personal training services will open at 8:00Am on Monday, October 23rd and will close at 5:00PM on Monday, November 6th.

REGISTRATION

Please visit the Member Services desk to complete a registration form. Payment is not required until you have completed your first session with your Personal Trainer.
