WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Panic! At The Disco will perform at 7:30 p.m. April 14 at Purdue University's Elliott Hall of Music. This performance is presented by the Purdue Student Concert Committee with support from the Student Fee Advisory Board.

Panic! At The Disco is an award-winning, internationally acclaimed rock band. Spanning influences as diverse as Frank Sinatra to Queen, the band's newly released fifth album, "Death of a Bachelor," pays homage to front man Brendon Urie's youth, in which he jumped between instruments.

"Death of a Bachelor's" first single, "Hallelujah," accumulated 13 million Spotify streams and 7 million YouTube plays. Its followup single, "Victorious," debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes Top Songs, iTunes Alternative Songs, and Billboard + Twitter's Trending 140 charts just hours after its release.

"Death of a Bachelor" follows up "Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!," which debuted in 2013 at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 Album Chart. That album's lead single, "Miss Jackson (Feat. Lolo)" was certified gold, charted in the top 10 on Billboard's alternative and modern rock charts, and has over 22 million YouTube views to date. The followup, "This is Gospel," has over 34 million YouTube views.

Panic! At The Disco's prior albums include 2005's double-platinum "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out" in 2005; "Pretty. Odd.," which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Album chart, in 2008; and "Vices & Virtues," which debuted at No. 7 in 2011. The band has been nominated for many awards, including a Grammy award, two Teen Choice Awards, two Kerrang! Awards, and seven MTV Video Music Awards. In 2006, Panic! At The Disco won the MTV Award for Video of the Year for the video of its smash hit, "I Write Sins Not Tragedies."
