University policy update

The Executive Policy Review Group took action on two policies at its June meeting.
* Distinguished and Named Professorships and Faculty Scholars (VI.C.1): This updated policy, effective July 1, merges its provisions with those of the policy on Discretionary Allocations and Salary Supplements for Distinguished Professors, Named University Professors, Named Professors, and University Faculty Scholars (II.C.3). In addition, a designation for named term professorships has been added.
* Clinical/Professional Faculty Appointments and Promotions, Interim (VI.F.10): Effective July 1, this new interim policy outlines the terms and conditions for appointing and promoting clinical/professional faculty.
