University policy update

The Executive Policy Review Group (EPRG) took action on several system-wide policies at its October meeting.

Effective today (Nov. 1) are minor revisions to the policy on Electronic Mail (VII.A.1).  In addition, the following policies are rescinded:

* Academically Non-Autonomous Campuses (C-50)

* Budgeting Campaign Expense (II.B.1)

* Hiring Rates and End of Provisional Period Rates (VPBS 167 addendum)

* Holiday Pay during Layoff Period (VPBS 151 and addendum)

Updates to the Delegation of the President's Authority (V.B.5) were approved by the president and are effective today (Nov. 1).
