Equal Access, Equal Opportunity training sessions available

The Office of the Vice President for Ethics and Compliance is announcing the availability of University-wide Equal Access, Equal Opportunity training sessions. Faculty, staff and graduate students are encouraged to participate in the training sessions in an effort to ensure the campus environment is one free of discrimination and harassment.
The interactive in-class training session provides participants an overview of several University policies and practices pertaining to:
* Purdue's Nondiscrimination Policy Statement.
* Ensuring equal access and equal opportunity.
* Resolving complaints of discrimination and harassment.
* Reporting suspected child sexual abuse.
* Amorous relationships.
The sessions, which are approximately 90 minutes, are at the following times and locations:
* Faculty and staff:
-- Oct. 8 (T). 3:30-5 p.m. Armory, Room 101.
-- Oct. 25 (F). 2-3:30 p.m. Agricultural and Biological Engineering Building, Room 205.
* Graduate students:
-- Sept. 27 (F). 8-9:30 a.m. Neil Armstrong Hall, Room 1103.
-- Oct.14 (M). 9-10:30 a.m. Neil Armstrong Hall, Room 3109.
Registration closes one to two business days prior to each session. Individuals may register for classroom sessions by clicking here.
