What is Healthy Boiler Bingo?

Healthy Boiler Bingo is a non-cash incentive opportunity for employees to engage in multiple Healthy Boiler pillars and earn prizes.

Who is eligible to participate in the program?

All benefits-eligible Purdue University employees are eligible to participate. You will need to activate your account via the Healthy Boiler portal, if not already completed.

Are dependent spouses and children able to participate?

No, only benefits-eligible Purdue University employees are eligible to participate.

If I am not on Purdue’s medical plan, am I eligible to participate?

Yes, benefits-eligible Purdue University employees are eligible to participate regardless of medical plan participation.

Are graduate staff, LTDs or retirees eligible to participate?

No, only benefits-eligible employees are eligible to participate.

How do I enroll in the program?

You must have a Healthy Boiler account to participate in the program. You do not need to enroll into Healthy Boiler Bingo separately. Completing the listed challenges will “enroll” the participant into the program.

Where do I find a Bingo card to participate?

The Bingo card is located on the Healthy Boiler Bingo web page: and can also be found in the Healthy Boiler Bingo section of the Healthy Boiler Portal: https://purdue.wellright.com

How do I participate in Healthy Boiler Bingo?

Once you have registered for a Healthy Boiler account, you will be able to locate the Healthy Boiler Bingo activities on the portal homepage. You must complete five challenges in a straight line on the Bingo card (vertical, horizontal, diagonal) to win a Bingo.

Can I submit one challenge at a time, or do I need to have a full Bingo to submit?

A submission is required for each activity. You may choose to submit one challenge at a time, or you may choose to submit your full Bingo once you have successfully completed a Bingo.

What happens once I have successfully completed a Bingo?

Reporting will be ran at the end of each quarter to verify Bingo completion. You will be contacted via email to complete a Qualtrics survey to select your incentive. Each completed Bingo will enter you into the drawing for a grand prize.

Can I get more than one Bingo per card?

You may complete up to two Bingos per card. You will only earn one incentive per card; each additional Bingo will earn an additional entry into the grand prize drawing.

How often will there be a new Bingo card?

There will be a new Bingo card each quarter.

How long do I have to complete the challenges on the Bingo card?

Each Bingo card lasts for two quarters. At the end of the second quarter, you will no longer be able to submit challenges on that card to win a Bingo.

How will I receive my incentive once I have earned it?

You will receive an email to complete a Qualtrics survey to confirm which incentive you’d like as well as where it should be shipped to. It can be sent via campus mail or mailed to your home address.

What happens if I separate from Purdue University after I have earned my incentive, but before I have received it?

Incentives will only be provided to active, benefits-eligible employees.
