Length of time at CHL: My social work career began as a home-based therapist, and I worked for different companies in that position for nine years. In 2020, I accepted a position as an outpatient group therapist for adults and adolescents in the healthcare field. I came to the CHL in 2021.

What do you like about working at the CHL? I look forward to providing our patients with comprehensive care with the group of professionals who I am working with and helping our patients reach their full potential with our services.

Philosophy of Care: I believe that having a positive and healthy mindset helps us reach our goals and to feel better mentally and physically about ourselves. By changing our thoughts, identifying our feelings and being open to change, we are able to make healthier choices and have a better quality of life.

What do you like to do when you’re not working at the CHL? I enjoy going for walks with my husband, having movie nights and using self-care techniques such as coloring or writing.

Fun fact about me: I’m a Harry Potter fanatic, and I am 100% Hufflepuff.
