Most Outstanding Interdisciplinary Project Award

Marcia Croft

Marcia Croft, a graduate student in Ecological Sciences and Engineering, was awarded the Most Outstanding Interdisciplinary Project Award for his poster project entitled: “Understanding Formal and Informal Seed Systems: African Indigenous Vegetables in Western Kenya."

Theresa DAquilla

Theresa D'Aquila, a graduate student in the Interdepartmental Nutrition Program, was awarded an Honorable Mention for his poster project entitled: “Diet induced obesity alters intestinal cytoplasmic lipid droplet morphology and associated proteins in response to a dietary fat challenge."
