Student Financial Assistance

Money and finances aren't always the easiest areas for college students. From paying for school to managing other debt, dealing with money can be a challenge. Campus and community resources are available to assist students with financial issues and concerns. Here are some resources focused on financial assistance:

  • Off-Campus Services
    • Lafayette Urban Ministry: The Lafayette Urban Ministry is an organization of more than 40 churches that work to restore human dignity by providing food pantry programs, homelessness services and other assistance programs.
    • Salvation Army Financial Assistance: Salvation Army Financial Assistance provides low-income families, the unemployed and less fortunate with their basic needs. The Salvation Army can provide free food, funds for utility and heating bills, rent assistance, and other case management-type services.
