TroubleShooting RoadBlocks

This week we ran into some network security issues related to downloading the software to continue working on the Escape Room. Admin Credentials will be needed in the Lab to continue adding Node Packet Manager commands as well as Python commands. Without access to these features, our project has to be worked on via Personal Laptops and Computers from home. This is not an issue currently, but will need the tools in order to continue into the completion of the escape room.

The main use for NPM would be to create a local server through Express. We then need the ability to access SQL to pull data from our Database into the Server / Escape Room Files. This will allow us access between the database and the users that are currently/previously completed with the Escape Room Challenge.

Today we met with the Engineering team to go over more of the workflow, how the ending codes should be attained, and how to make the challenges less linear, so that teams can work on separate portions in order to complete the full escape. Creating an ending Unlockable that requires specified codes or images of what the user needs to do to finish the full project will be given at each specialized task station.
