2018 Benefits open enrollment begins Oct. 23, sessions available

All benefit-eligible University faculty and staff will have an opportunity to make 2018 benefit elections by 6 p.m. EST Nov. 10, 2017. When open enrollment begins on Monday (Oct. 23), additional information will be available on the Human Resources Benefits website.

As in previous years, optional daytime and evening sessions have been scheduled for Physical Facilities and Environmental Health and Public Safety staff who may want additional assistance with enrollment, and the schedule appears below. University-wide sessions will also be available with details communicated soon. Representatives from Human Resources and Benefits will be available for help during all scheduled sessions. 

Benefits combined sessions

Each of the following combined sessions, which includes both a presentation and open lab time, will take place in McCutcheon Residence Hall (MCUT) computer lab (C217): 

• Wednesday, Oct. 25, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.; presentation from 8-9 a.m. with open lab time to follow
• Friday, Oct. 27, 12:30-4:30 p.m.; presentation from 12:30-1:30 p.m. with open lab time to follow
• Wednesday, Nov. 1, 12:30-4:30 p.m.; presentation from 12:30-1:30 p.m. with open lab time to follow — ESL session

• Monday, Oct. 30, 10:30-11:15 p.m.
• Wednesday, Nov. 1, 8-8:45 p.m.
