Summer 2026 personnel activity reports are open in SEEMLESS for faculty certification

The 2026 Summer PAR period effort reporting process is open for certification, and faculty can review and approve personnel activity reports (PARs) via the SEEMLESS application. The application can be accessed through the OnePurdue Portal by searching “SEEMLESS.”

Summer PARs are due by Oct. 30.

Important reminders

  • The supervisor/principal investigator(s) should certify subordinate PARs before certifying their own.
  • Supervisors/principal investigators should certify PARs for graduate students, research staff, undergraduate students and other hourly employees who worked on sponsored program funds or federally appropriated funds.

Training resources are available at the Managerial Accounting Services website. To view them, go to the Effort Reporting section and find the Faculty Training Resources dropdown.

If you need assistance with certifying PARs, contact your business office or email Effort@Purdue.edu.
