Purdue Senate Nominating Committee seeks faculty for Academic Progress and Records Committee

The Academic Progress and Records (APR) Committee is a faculty committee that serves as a subcommittee of the University Senate’s Educational Policy Committee. Faculty participation on senate committees is an important way to contribute to shared governance and help shape decisions that affect faculty and the university.

If you are interested in serving on the Academic Progress and Records Committee, please complete this form. Deadline for submission is Friday (Oct. 2).

Faculty committees are open to all tenured, tenure-track and clinical faculty members. Most of the work of the University Senate occurs at the committee level, making strong faculty representation across campus essential to the shared governance process.

If you are currently serving on a faculty committee, you do not need to complete the form again unless your current term expires and you wish to be considered for another term.

If you have questions about the APR Committee or the committee service process, please email purdueuniversitysenate@purdue.edu.
