Federal requirements for conflicts of commitment and interest

Effective Monday (Aug. 17), the U.S. Department of Energy implemented new requirements related to disclosures of conflicts of commitment and conflicts of interest. As part of the university’s response, a new standard was developed. Please visit the new and revised policies page on the University Policy Office website for a link to the full text of the Federal Requirements for Conflicts of Commitment and Interest (S-34) standard.

Note: Policies and standards do not apply to Purdue University Global, as it maintains its own policies and standards.
