Employee feedback on Purdue prescription drug plan requested by AffirmedRx

Employees enrolled in the Purdue University prescription drug plan should receive an email invitation this week regarding AffirmedRx, Purdue’s pharmacy benefit manager. The email, from MemberSatisfaction@feedback.affirmedrx.com, invites them to participate in a brief member experience survey.

The five-question survey, also available here, takes approximately one to two minutes to complete and focuses on the employee pharmacy benefit experience, prescription benefit utilization, awareness and use of the AffirmedRx Pulse mobile app, and offers employees the opportunity to provide additional feedback.

Survey responses play an important role in identifying opportunities to enhance pharmacy benefits and services.
