Upcoming survey to quantify need for childcare in West Lafayette

As the city and major employers in West Lafayette explore additional providers for childcare, Purdue will soon conduct a survey to quantify the level of market need.

The survey will gather the following information:

• Name
• Status as employee or student
• Age(s) of children needing care as of Jan. 1, 2027
• Childcare tier expectation (1, 2, 3, 4)
• Monthly cost expectation
