Kristin Akridge

I was working on a PowerPoint presentation and kept receiving errors that didn’t allow me to save my work. Kristin (IT End User Experience) was able to troubleshoot the problem and help me get the downloads I needed to continue the project. She also noticed my computer had missed some updates and took care of that as well. I appreciate her kindness and timely help! Our IT folks are amazing, and we love having them located within our building! — Lavonna Kuhn (Education)
