Policy updates for March

Purdue routinely reviews and updates the university’s policies and standards. The following changes are effective March 1:

  1. Individual Financial Conflicts of Interest (III.B.2): The responsibilities were updated regarding disclosures involving non-U.S. entities, and the definition of Significant Financial Interest was revised to include venture or other capital financing.
  2. Postings on University Property (IV.B.2): This policy was significantly revised to provide greater clarity on approvals, requirements, prohibitions and rights. New definitions for Building Deputy and Campus Posting Authority were added, as was information on large banners, window clings, permanent signage and polling locations.

Visit the new and revised policies page on the University Policy Office website for a link to the full text of these policies.

Note: Policies and standards do not apply to Purdue University Global, as it maintains its own policies and standards.
