Nominations sought for 2026 outstanding senior students

Nominations for the 2026 Flora Roberts Award and G.A. Ross Award open Friday (Jan. 9).

Faculty and staff are invited to nominate students for these awards, which recognize the two seniors who best meet the following requirements:

  • Graduating senior in December 2025, May 2026 or August 2026
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
  • Commitment to Scholarship (undergraduate research, publications, etc.)
  • Commitment to Leadership and Service (on campus or in the community)
  • Outstanding Character

A committee composed of student peers and representatives from the Office of the Dean of Students will select each award recipient, who will receive a bronze-plated medal, a certificate and a $2,000 gift. Award recipients will also have their names inscribed on the permanent award obelisk located on the Purdue Mall.

Nomination forms can be found here starting Friday (Jan. 9). Any accompanying files should be formatted as PDFs.

Nominations are due by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6.
