Lilly and Purdue Research Alliance Center invites applications for membership program
The Eli Lilly and Company and Purdue University Research Alliance Center is accepting applications for its membership program, which supports faculty engagement in interdisciplinary pharmaceutical research, undergraduate experiential learning and professional development, and strategic collaboration aligned with industry needs.
The LPRC, which administers the $250 million Lilly-Purdue 360 Initiative, brings together faculty across Purdue’s West Lafayette and Indianapolis locations to accelerate interdisciplinary research that strengthens the pharmaceutical ecosystem and develops the next generation of talent.
Faculty members from West Lafayette and Indianapolis are encouraged to apply if they have demonstrated research applicable to discovery, product research and development, manufacturing, or talent and are committed to advancing interdisciplinary collaboration and student engagement.
Those who are accepted as members will receive a faculty listing on the LPRC website, eligibility to apply for intramural seed funding, and potential funding support for mentoring undergraduate research aligned with the LPRC student engagement program.
Additionally, students and postdocs working in the labs of LPRC members will have access to a variety of professional development opportunities, including networking events, Lilly site visits, workshops and engagement sessions.
The online application form, along with additional program details, can be found on the LPRC faculty membership program webpage. Questions about the program should be directed to Allison Bryan-Jungels at abryan@purdue.edu.
